ABOUT PHASE 3, DHA ISLAMABAD
DHA Phase 3, Islamabad was opened in 2016 and is an emerging housing company in Islamabad.
The community has two entrances,
one from Rawat on Main GT Road and the other one is from DHA,
Phase 2, on GT Road near Giga Mall.
From essential to luxurious,
DHA offers residents of its various societies in almost every major city in Pakistan the best of amenities,
including water, electricity, sewer systems, waste disposal systems, professional infrastructure and a network of wide streets.
The value of the properties in DHA, Phase 3, was quite cheap when it first launched in 2016.
However, following the acquisition of the Garden City project by Bahria Town, Islamabad,
the value of the place skyrocketed. Phase 3’s updated master plan,
DHA, includes Bahria Garden City, formerly known as Serene City, and all of Phase 3’s older blocks.
Most of the areas in Bahria Garden City, Zones 5 through 9, are fully developed, adding to the value of DHA Phase 3.

DHA Islamabad acquired a private company named as New Pindi in Rawat on Main GT Road somewhere in the 1980s.
The society had a proper map and 5 sectors from A to E.
The same company was later renamed DHA, Phase 3, and the entrance from Main GT Road was the first to be developed.
The above sectors were buyers and investors’ favorites until DHA management recently started developing DHA’s second entrance,
Phase 3, from DHA, Phase 2, on GT Road.

DHA, phase 3, still needs to be appropriately marked in Google Maps,
as the area is still under Rawalpindi on the paper.
As soon as DHA officially starts the project, the property will be clearly marked on Google Maps and also included in Islamabad.

In phase 3, heavy modern equipment is used to transform the barren country into a fully developed city.
DHAI is expects to develop the primary sectors of DHA, Phase 3, within 20 to 24 months.

No bus stop is within walking distance of DHA, Phase 3.

BANKS NEAR PHASE 3, DHA ISLAMABAD
Notable banks near DHA Phase 3 include Summit Bank in Phase 7, Rawalpindi, Soneri Bank in Sector A, DHA, Phase 2, MCB Bank in Ali Block, Bahria Safari Valley, First Women Bank Limited in Saddar, Rawalpindi Cantt and HSCB on Bank Road, Saddar, Rawalpindi. The banks are within a drive of around 11 to 32 minutes.
Similar to all other phases, the Islamabad Electric Supply Company is responsible for the power supply of DHA, phase 3. Residents are also allowed to install personal power generators and UPS systems in the housing association.
