Prices are Inclusive of 2% Advance Tax, Government Sales Tax is Rs. 100 per Square Yards, Membership Fee is Rs. 30,500/- Residential Plot & Rs. 55,500/- for Commercial Plot & Processing Fee is Rs. 5,000/- Residential Plot & Rs. 10,000/-  Commercial Plot.

Category Plots cost 10% Extra. First come first serve basis.

Overseas Qualification is as follows:

Pakistanis having a Foreign Passport / NICOP, Resident Visa, or Valid Work Permit.

MODE OF PAYMENT INCLUDES:

  1. The payment was to be made by overseas applicants of DHA Phase 3 in Pakistani Rupees through Demand Draft / Pay Order in favor of “Defense Housing Authority Rawalpindi” Furthermore, members may be advised to mention their particulars including Name, Contact and Plot details on the backside of Demand Draft / Pay Order.
  2. Overseas Pakistanis having Pakistan Origin Card or NICOP are allowed to purchase a property above Rs.5 Million after the provision of “Proceed Realization Certificate” (PRC) from respective banks.
  3. For issuance of PRC It is mandatory that payments be transferred to Pakistan within last (60) Sixty Days of the date of transfer otherwise transfer cannot be executed. Overseas Pakistani will be considered as “Non-Filers” and will deposit Adv Tax @ 4% unless they become Filers.
  4. The Plot can be transferred to the nominee after deposit/clearance of all dues.
  5. It is also apprised that as per the Government of Pakistan, Finance Act 2018, Non-Filers are barred from purchasing immovable property having worth Rs 5.0 Million or above.
